At the Play Sports Group (incorporating Play Sports Network Limited and SHIFT Active Media Limited) we’re passionate about doing the right thing. From creating our content to looking after your personal data, we’re committed to doing the best we possibly can.

  • Data Retention: we will make sure we only keep your information as long as necessary, in line with consents you may give us and our legal and regulatory obligations;

  • Legal Compliance: we will do our utmost to comply with the laws that apply to us with respect to data, and will only collect your information lawfully and in accordance with your relationship with us;
  • Data Transfers: where we transfer data in accordance with this Charter, we’ll ensure appropriate security measures (including under international data transfer requirements);
